Q. Can Adults use the Bouncy Castles?

A. Only if it's an All Ages castle. All our other castles are only for up to the age of 13.

Q. Will it fit in my garden?

A. We don't know unless you tell us how big your garden is! We need at least 2 feet around an inflatable for the blower and movement.

Q. Does it take long to set up?

A. Basically setup takes 10 to 20 minutes once everything is in place. Set down takes 20 to 50 minutes depending on what you have.

Q. Do I need the blower once the inflatable is up?

A. Yes, otherwise it will deflate. The blower is essential.

Q. There are bubbles appearing at the seams is it broken?

A. No, it's fine. It just means that the air is coming through water which is still on the seams. The air needs to escape through the seams otherwise it will burst.

Q. Can I have the inflatable indoors?

A. Yes, just check the ceiling height, room width and length and if it's a hired room then check if we have to show our Public Liability Insurance Certificate.
