CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that if we cannot confirm your booking via a phone call the day before then your items will not be loaded for delivery until we hear from you.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT VERBAL CANCELLATIONS.

Please do not leave any cancellations on the Answering Machine or in an E-mail.

If we do not receive a verbal cancellation then you WILL be charged a cancellation fee due to the fact that we had not been able to offer the items to anyone else for that day.

Any Event that is cancelled up to 7 days prior to the actual Event taking place will be charged a 100% Cancellation Fee.

Any Event that is cancelled between 7 and 21 days prior to the actual Event taking place will be charged a 50% Cancellation Fee.
